JOIN THE CLUB.
Independent businesses. Shared possibilities.
Dallas Hair Club is a collective of independent hairdressers building businesses that reflect who they are. Our chair rental model offers a thoughtfully equipped space with room to make your business your own.
We Are Independent
By Design.
Your business should reflect who you are, and your salon home should give you room to grow into it. At Dallas Hair Club, chair rental means you lead your own business, from how you work with your guests to the clientele you build. Your direction and growth are yours to own.
Alongside that independence is a community invested in one another. We share what we know, show up for each other and take pride in the space we create together. There’s room here for your perspective and for what you want to build next.
How you grow.
Education & Mentorship
Build on your strengths through continued education and individual guidance. We share our knowledge to help you grow your craft with confidence.
Business Support
Our business check-ins give you space to review your numbers and talk through your goals. Together, we identify practical steps to help you move forward.
Shape Our Culture
Your experience here matters. We actively seek your input and use it to guide how our shared space and culture evolve.
NEW TO THE INDUSTRY?
-
The DHC Assistant Program is a paid, hands-on role for newer hairstylists continuing their education after cosmetology school. Assistants support the salon and experienced hairdressers while training in technique, consultations and guest care.
-
Your progress is yours to shape, with guidance and support along the way. As you strengthen your craft, take ownership of your daily responsibilities and learn the rhythm of the salon, you build the foundation for working behind the chair. Opportunities to take clients come when we see that you’re ready, with continued support as you put your training into practice.
-
Build your confidence and your clientele with the stability of hourly pay beneath you. You’ll earn commission on your services in addition to your hourly wage and keep 100% of your tips, giving you room to grow your income as your skills and clientele develop.
